Grand Canyon 9

Most of the rocks in the Grand Canyon are sedimentary, which means they were formed under ocean waters. Kaibab Limestone, the current top layer of the Grand Canyon, contains fossils of creatures that used to live in the ocean like brachiopods, coral, mollusks, sea lilies, worms and fish teeth. Use your imagination!
