New Orleans building 2

I just read in a recent newspaper that the death rate in New Orleans is significantly higher today than it was pre-Katrina. The mold and dirt and stress and despair are takinig a toll--an entire city in post-traumatic stress syndrome.

I wonder what the stats are--and will be--for Baghdad.
